I have a template with custom heading styles based on native Word
Heading 1, 2, 3... styles. The page numbering must include Chapter Numbering, e.g, Chapter One's page numbering must appear as I-1, I-2, Chapter 2's as II-1, II-2, etc. However, the only options I am presented in the Page Number Format dialog box are the **native** Heading styles, which, while my custom styles are built from them, they are not the same. Thus, my page numbers will NOT include chapter numbering. Is there a work-around, or will I need to re-build the template using Word's native styles? Thank you... |
