I need to place a paragraph number anywhere on the line. WordPerfect had a
feature to insert a paragraph number anywhere. The user was asked "which level" and could select any level within a multi-list. A level one paragraph number could be centered with some text. The level two number could be flush with the margin. The legel three number could be tabbed in three times. The user controlled the level. Is there any way to do this in Word 2007? |

What you appear to be looking for are the Outline view and multi-level
lists. You can additionally setup any number of number sequences for inclusion anywhere using SEQ fields. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org CAM wrote: I need to place a paragraph number anywhere on the line.
