I am attempting to add MANY bulletized lists to a pre-existing document. Each
time I add a list, Word chooses a Diamond for first level bullets and Arrow for second level bullets. I just want the standard bullet symbols (full and hollow circles). Going to the format window or the right-click bullets and numbering is a serious pain for each new bulletized list I want to add. Any ideas |

Create a paragraph style or modify the list bullet style to contain the
bulleted style you require and apply it to your text. Check the add to template text box in the style format dialog to enable it for your other documents. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org timb wrote: I am attempting to add MANY bulletized lists to a pre-existing document.
