Default Running Headers Separate from Page Headers

It would be nice to have a feature that would allow a person to have a
running headers that float at the top of the page (the first paragraph on the
page).

For example:

Financial Risks (continued)

The heading "Financial Risks" is a heading in the middle of the previous
page. The subject for that heading continues to the next page and hence
"Financial Risks (continued).

Similar, but not identical, functionality exists in Word: In a single
header or footer (no section breaks required), you can insert a
StyleRef field to show the "current" text of a paragraph in a certain
style.

What the field cannot do is to display "(continued)" (unless of course
that text is actually in the text it references).
