Default How can I change the position of a double underline?

When double underlining numbers in Word, the underline is very close to the
number and is running through the commas. Is there any way to drop the
position of the underline so it is not directly under the number?

Default How can I change the position of a double underline?

I believe this is part of the font design. If not, it will be determined by
your printer driver.
