Default license agreement display

why does the license agreement display each time I use Word or Excel asking
to accept or cancel when I already registered? I have Office 2003 basic. I
installed it into my computer when I had WindowsXP and worked fine. Then
since I installed Vista Ultimate I reinstalled Office 2003 and now I always
get this message.

Default license agreement display

Were you logged in as Administrator (not just with Administator rights) when
you installed it?

Default license agreement display

Right-click on the Word or Excel shortcut, choose to run the Office
program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and
then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
