Default Word 2003 not accepting my right margin setting.

Trying to set wide marging .6 right, left, top, bottom. Accepts all margins
except the right one. From the right hand side of the document text starts
wrapping at 6.5" not 7.5", Leaves a bunch of empty space on the right side.
Centering is off as well. Any advice.

Is there a right indent applied to text? If so, clear it in Format |
Paragraph (or by applying the appropriate styles, if the document was
formatted with styles).
