trouble printing envelopes in MS Word
My font defaults are black. But every time I print an ENVELOPE, it prints in
color, and it is a mix of blue and red. I have checked the envelope options, and font is set for black. Why are they printing in color? HELP Sue |

Other users have reported that for some reason many printers use a composite
black (combining inks from the color cartridge) instead of the black cartridge ink to print envelopes, so an off color often indicates that the color cartridge has run out of one or more colors. -- Suzanne S.
