Table of Authorities, same authority, multiple pages
In my document, a citation may originally appear on page 5 and is then
referenced on another page. How do I make the TOA show the multiple pages. -- S |

The short case caption is what will pick up the additional citations. If
you look at your TA field codes you will see something like the following for the first instance of the case. The information following the \l is what will show up in the TOA. The information following the \s is the short citation and should be used at each instance of referencing the citation at other locations in your document. { TA \l "Randle v. City of Aurora, 69 F.3d 441, 454 n.20 (10th Cir. 1995)" \s "Randle" \c } The French braces are inserted by marking the citations, or can be inserted by pressing CTLR+F9. So, since it sounds like you already have a main citation, then go to the additional locations in your document where the citation is located and press CTRL+F9, then type TA and then \s and whatever you have as the short case citation in your main TA field. Be sure to place your case citation enclosed in quote marks.
