Default Runtime terminates application in unusual way (Word)

When I write something in Word, then click "Save-As," I get a message that
reads "This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=329820 "How to use Office
programs with the Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in" for more
information.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=555220 "WD: How to
Troubleshoot a Visual C++ Runtime Error in Word".
