Default How do I request a signature from an email resipiant?

How do I request a signature telling me that an email has been received and
opened?

It's called a "receipt," not a "signature," and you can request it through
your mail client settings, but the recipient does not have to honor the
request, and those that don't send receipts automatically will find the
request annoying.
