Reviewing Pane
Primarily I use it to view the comments as well as edit comments that are in
the document. Depending on the version of Word, I have had trouble getting the balloon containing the comment to stay displayed long enough for me to click into it. I also choose not to use balloons for inserted and deleted text. -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message was posted to a newsgroup, Please post replies and questions to the group so that others can learn as well. Reviewing Pane
If you click into the reviewing pane to view a change it doesn't go to that
change in the document does it? Can you only use it when using the show next button to work through the changes? Reviewing Pane
In Word 2003 and 2007 it does. However, in Word 2002 the Reviewing pane just
lists the inserted, formatted and deleted text. -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message was posted to a newsgroup, Please post replies and questions to the group so that others can learn as well.
