You need a formatting switch eg
{MERGEFIELD"M_38_ZH" \# "#,0"} See http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org wrote: When i merge word with excel result i get some results with 8 caracters behind the comma. i have this comand set up: {MERGEFIELD"M_38_ZH"0,0} In other fields the results is good but some fields the result comes as for excample 5,7000000000000002 it should be 5,7 in excel the settings are good with 1 decimal etc etc..
