Default How can I use Pantone colors in Word documents?

I need to create compex wallcharts in MS Word that customers can alter. MS
Word is the prefered software application because most of our client have
this software.
The original chart tempates must contain corporate branding, which include
color matching from the Pantone color system. How can I incorporate the
Pantone colors in my Word documents?
