Default Text is printed on text

When printing some of the text is sort of printed on top of other text.
The letters are extremely close to each other and it's imposible to read.
It looks fine on the screen.
I guess it must be a printing problem, any suggestions as to what I can do

Hi LTJ

Try downloading a new printer driver from the web site of the manufacturer
of your printer. Make sure you get the driver that matches your version of
Windows.

Hope this helps.

When sendig the doc to another user, she was able to print on the same
printer and the doc was fine, only when I printed it, it came out wrong. We
use the same printer and Word XP.
Could it be something else or still maybe the driver.

As a trouble-shooting step, make sure you are both using the same printer
driver. If necessary, delete and re-install the printer on your machine and
see what happens.

Hope this helps.

I have the same problem and I haven't tried to print. The doc came from a
Wrod98 to Word 2003. Only one person gets the errors. Other 2003 users have
no prob.
