Default Convert "dragged-in-Pic" to "embedded-Pic" ?

I have a picture in a Word documnent...

It shows up on one computer but not on another... I get a little red 'x'

I think it is because it is 'linked' and not 'embeded' or whatever the
language.

How can I check to see if it is embedded or linked (OLE or whatever) ??

How can I fix it so the Pic is actually in (embedded?) in the Word file so
it goes along with the file?

thanks for any help.

If you see a field code when you press Alt+F9, it's not embedded. To embed
it (if possible), select it and press Ctrl+Shift+F9.
