Dear So and So ... then throw it away.
On a more serious note, you should probably adjust your own attitude before you put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard to write and "complain" about your boss. Complaining is rarely a constructive approach. You might look into a few books or pamphlets on conflict resolution in the workplace etc. and see if you can work out the problem directly with your boss. If you have tried this already or think that your boss is treating you in a manner that is illegal, unprofessional, or unethical and against company policies then you might seek the advice of a labor relations representative, Equal Opportunity Office representative, etc.. Remember that a "good" attitude is not necessarily a requirement in some professions. Secondly a "good" or "bad" attitude is rather a matter of opinion. If your boss is getting the job done and not violating company policies then her supervisor might be rather pleased with her attitude :-) -- Greg Maxey/Word MVP See: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tips.htm For some helpful tips using Word. Dear Bitch's Boss.................
No, just kidding. Do NOT do this in writing. Talk to the supervisor face to face. And by the way, this really is not the correct newsgroup for your issue. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "Arvind" wrote in message ...
