Default Read-Only files open in Reading Layout.

Hi.

We have started to install Office2003 at our users.

Several of my users are complains that attached files are opening in Reading
Layout. How can I change this to open in Printing Layout?

Thank you in advance.

Inside of Word, from the Tools menu, select Options. On the
General Tab, clear the checkmark from "Allow starting in Reading
Layout".
