Default how can I send email messages via Outlook Express using Word 2003

I am using office 2003.
My preferred email client is Outlook express. How can I send emails from work

Default how can I send email messages via Outlook Express using Word 2003

If you have Outlook Express at work, you can try to configure it with the
diredctions from your internet provider, assuming they offer you that
choice.

BTW - Outlook Express is *not* part of Office.
