crazy flashing cursor
I cannot figure out how to make my cursor/insert point stop flashing very quickly. It seemed to just do this out of the blue when I was working on a document. I have re-booted etc., but it did not help. It also seemed at the time I lost my ruler. Any help on fixing this please? Thanks! Colleen. -- Colleen |

You can change the blink rate in Windows Control Panel | Keyboard.
