Default Multiple Table positioning

I've been given a word document which has already been made up. The tables
however have been positioned offset from centre and i need them centred. Is
it possible to do this to all of them at once rather than one by one??

Without a macro to do the changes this can not be done.
But you can quickly select the tables by using the Select Browse Object
button (bottom right of the Word Window or Alt+Ctrl+Home) and choose tables.
Press the down arrows to jump to the next table down the document. Do the
necessary changes to the table properties (also check the "Automatically
resize to fit contents" under Options on the Table Properties dialog is not
selected), then down arrows to the next, repeat.
This is for 2003 and prior, maybe different for 2007.
Hope this helps

Also, note that while actions in the Table Properties dialog are not
repeatable via F4, you can center a table (when the entire table is
selected) using Ctrl+E, and that is repeatable.
