capitalizing an address label
In "Envelopes and Labels" Word automatically converts an envelope address to
upper case, but for a label leaves it upper/lower. Is there a way to make it default to upper case for a label? |

It doesn't 'automatically' format an envelope as upper case either.
Presumably you have modified the paragraph style to make it do this. Labels, by default, use the normal style; but you don't really want to format that style as upper case, so create an upper case style and apply that to your label text. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org clevan wrote: In "Envelopes and Labels" Word automatically converts an envelope address to upper case, but for a label leaves it upper/lower.
