Default how to edit the document map?

how do I get rid of the automatic entries on the document map?

The Document Map shows all paragraphs with an outline level other than Body
Text. Word has an annoying tendency to promote some paragraphs to "heading"
status on its own, especially when you turn on the DM. You can curb this
propensity by disabling "Define styles based on my formatting" on the
AutoFormat As You Type tab of Tools | AutoCorrect Options.
