Default When saving, seeing all files

When I open (ctrl o) a document, I can see all the files if I choose but when
I save I cannot. Is there a way where I can see all the documents when I
save a document, because we name the document with the attorney's initials
and then a number, but I cannot see what the next number is to be because
there are documents that are in Wordperfect and they will not show up. Any
help please. Thanks, Lisa

I don't think that is possible because when you are saving it, you are saving
it as a certain type (word document, template, rich text format, etc) and it
will only show the files of that type. If you change it from word document
to rtf, all your word docs will disappear and only rtf docs will show up. I
suggest changing the format on the word perfect documents to word documents.
Not sure how to do that since I'm not familiar with Word Perfect.

Good luck!
