Default Footer information incorrect for some users

Good day,
I have a situation where some users are receiving a differnt footer than was
originally sent.
The correct footer refers to a network share location.
The incorrect footer refers to the C:/temp location

The email is sent to a distribution list and some users get the correct
information and others do not.

All appear to have the latest updates.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

How was that information entered into the footer?

Do these users actually have access to that shared drive?
