Default Page size for book publishing

If you are writing a book, you don't need to worry about the page size,
since what you are creating is a manuscript (for a sample template, see
http://home.earthlink.net/~wordsintotype/Template.htm). If you find a
publisher for the manuscript, then these are issues you will not need to
worry about. If you are self-publishing through an online or other subsidy
publisher, there will be specific guidelines. If you are trying to create
the book yourself and have it privately printed, then most commercial
printers can easily handle a 6" x 9" trade paperback size.
