Default Displaying text from another part of a document

I have a document that I will be using to conduct interviews (a "scribe" will
input the answers directly into the document). I would like the input to
each question to be displayed in a different format (for printing) on a
different page of the document. I use Excel extensively and I could do it
easily by referencing a cell, but I'm not sure how to do this in Word. I
would prefer to use Word for ease of formatting.

Jay,
Great link, which I now have bookmarked. I will use an on line form.

Thanks for your help.
