When I insert page numbers or references using my endnote software, instead
of the page number I see {PAGE} and for the endnote references there are
long combinations of codes. I don't know how to hide all these codes and see
my actual references and page numbers. It is extremely annoying and I am
having difficulty to concentrate on what I am typing.
