Default How to make Word reflow better.

Hello, I run into this issue all the time. I copy and paste some text
from the browser into Word, like for instance from he
http://db.gamefaqs.com/console/nes/f...others_3_e.txt

Once pasted into Word, the text takes up half the page as far as width
goes, thus wasting a lot of paper, should I choose to print out.

Is there any way to automatically reflow the text, so that it fills up
the entire width of the page?

Thanks
