Default Creating a one page newsletter in MSWord to be sent through Outloo

I would like to promote my company by sending periodically a one page e-mail
newsletter. When I create that in Word, and send it in outlook (cut & paste)
the images and text boxes are moved out of place when the recipient opens the
e-mail.

I was told that using tables is the solution. I have tried that, but did not
get the expected results.

thanks for helping!

Either send it as plain text or convert to PDF format (for which you'll need
extra software) and attach it to your e-mail. All other methods are destined
to disappoint. http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm

Hi Mike-

Cut/Copy & Paste is probably the problem. Have you tried using Word's
FileSend To command and selecting either Mail Recipient or Mail Recipient
(as attachment)?
