Creating a one page newsletter in MSWord to be sent through Outloo
I would like to promote my company by sending periodically a one page e-mail
newsletter. When I create that in Word, and send it in outlook (cut & paste) the images and text boxes are moved out of place when the recipient opens the e-mail. I was told that using tables is the solution. I have tried that, but did not get the expected results. thanks for helping! -- Mike |

Either send it as plain text or convert to PDF format (for which you'll need
extra software) and attach it to your e-mail. All other methods are destined to disappoint. http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Mike wrote: I would like to promote my company by sending periodically a one page e-mail newsletter. Hi Mike-
Cut/Copy & Paste is probably the problem. Have you tried using Word's FileSend To command and selecting either Mail Recipient or Mail Recipient (as attachment)?
