i have a halfway house that i need a from that realeases us from anyone

Ask a lawyer, not the Microsoft Word geeks in a newsgroup. It's very
unlikely you'll find a template like that.

Isn't it amazing how people think that a template they grab off of the web
will keep them from getting sued?

The general release and indemnity release at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/re...&Query=release might
get you started, but you really do need to have a lawyer do this one. I
don't think a generic form is going to cover you. Your insurance company
might also have something.
