I created several macros in Normal.dot and grouped them on a toolbar. For
each, I created a unique icon for the button

I inadvertently deleted the group.

The macros still exist, of course, but when reinstalled on a toolbar, the
default icon image is present and, when I select, "Change Button Image", I
find none of the images I created. where are these stored and how do I
reinstall them for each of the original macros?
