Show Change bars only
In Tools Options Track Changes, set the Insertions dropdown to Color
Only and set the Deletions dropdown to Hidden. Choose colors as you like for the inserted text and the change bars. Then the text you change will look like the final version, but the change bars will still appear in the margin. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. Additionally, because all the changed text shows - it's really hard to determin what is acceptable and what isn't. Thank you |
