Default mail merge issues, help

I am trying to create envelopes in Word using Mail Merge. I have gone
through the steps and on the screen it looks great. Then I print the
envelope and each line of the recipient address is cut short. I don't
understand what could be wrong. It looks fine in the preview.

You are probably using a fixed width frame that is too narrow for the
addresses. Try downloading the envelope samples from my web site and use the
version for mail merge to create an envelope document which has an expanding
frame and see if that gives any better results.
