Default how to create form others can type and not move data

I need to create forms for staff to use - but when they enter data all fields
move - how do I create form so they can use it and type on lines that stay in
place?

Put your data fields in fixed-size table cells or frames. What you are
talking about is what Word calls an "online form." For more about online
forms, follow the links at
