Default Index editing

I deleted the 1st page of a document. The page numbers at the bottom updated
automatically, but the Index at the end of the document is still showing the
incorrect page numbers for word locations.
I.E.; original document had Actiq on Page 2, it is now on Page 1. Index
still indicates Actiq is on Page 2.
I know there is a way to automatically update this because I have done it
before, but I can't recall how.
Please Help! Thanks.

Click anywhere in the index and press F9, or right-click and choose Update
Field; or switch to Print Preview and back.
