Default Mail Merge

I am merging two fields on the same line. How do I get the second field to
stay in the same location. It currently moves based on the size of the input
going into the first field.

Thanks, Keith

Default Mail Merge

Separate the mergefields with a tab space after setting a tab stop in the
appropriate place. Note, if the data in the first field exceeds the width
of the space before the tab stop, it will displace the data from the second
merge field to the right
