Modify the Caption style. Here's one method: In the Styles pane
(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), click the Manage Styles button. On the Edit tab, locate Caption and click Modify. In the Modify Style dialog box, make the desired changes. Click OK. If you want to transfer the modified style to the attached template, be sure to select "New documents based on this template" before clicking OK in the Manage Styles dialog. If/when you are prompted to save the template, choose to do so. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "WSR" wrote in message ... How do you change the default font for a caption in Word 2007? Thanks.
