Default opening html file in Word

I am trying to open an HTML file in Word but find that the styles defined in
the html file's .css are lost. When I open the file in Word, all paragraph
styles are gone or changed to the default Word styles (ie. Heading 1). How
can I retain the html style names and definistions in a Word document?
