Use Find and Replace (Ctrl+H).
Click "More", then check "Use wildcards", then In Find what, enter \[*\] To remove the brackets and the text inside, leave the Replace With box empty, or to just remove the text, enter [] in the Replace With box Then just hit Replace All -- Enjoy, Tony "Don" wrote in message ...
