It's not a Word problem. It sounds as though you have changed the display
properties (in Windows) so that the desktop size is larger than the screen
available. You need to reset your display settings and how depends on which
version of Windows you are using. You should also ask this in the
appropriate Windows Newsgroup.

Thinking a little more...

Maybe you mean you have changed the ZOOM setting in Word too high? Look
under the VIEW menu and change the Zoom back to 100%.
