Default Copy and past an image

I am trying to copy an image and paste it in a Word 2007 file. I have tried
Alt and Print Scrn on the image and then paste it in the Word file but it
does not work. I think the Alt Print Scrn is not copying the image.

Any suggestions why this does not work or any other suggestions.

Thank you,

Bill

Do you have dual function keys? Press the F Lock key and try again.

Graham:

I assume the F Lock is the Fn key. If so, I tried that and it still does not
work

Probably not. If your keyboard has dual purpose function keys, it will
probably have a key with F Lock on it that toggles the keys between their
two functions.

Where a keyboard does have that functionality, it usually extends to the Prt
Sc And Pause Break keys as well.

If you get Snagit from www.techsmith.com, while it does use Prt Sc as a
Keyboard Shortcut, it does also have a Capture command that can be used.

I never knew SnagIt used PrintScreen! I've been using another shortcut.
