I want to merge multiple Word docs into 1 larger Word Doc set up in a
workbook format, like in Excel, with tabbed pages so that readers can jump from page to page quickly rather than scroll down through numerous pages. Ideally it should even have the tabs on the right side to look like a loose leaf binder with tabbed sections. |

This is not possible in Word. You could try using the Document Map, however.
