am trying to add header with page number under letterhead on pages 2 on but
when I tell Word to leave off first page, it takes the whole letterhead off
with it?

how do I fix this? thanks

You have to create the letterhead in the First Page Header. If you've
already created it in the Header, cut it from there and paste into the First
