Default Printing Specific Pages Using Book Fold

Is there a way to print only a limited number of pages in book fold?
Example, after printing the complete document, I notice something needs
changed on one page. How can I print only that page plus the other
page that is next to it? Thank you for your help.

Supposedly, if you enter a specific page number in the "Pages" box, Word
will print that page and the other three pages associated with it.
Implementation of this design is hit-or-miss, however. I've never been able
to make it work here.
