As I explained yesterday, you need to read the documentation that came with
your scanner. Scanning it in and saving it to your the sclipboard will never work and depending on how you scan it in as a file may not work. You need to find out how to use the OCR (optical character recognition) software that came with your scanner. That's what tells your scanner *not* to scan it in as a picture but to scan it in as text. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "pooone" wrote in message ... hi back again how do i make a text doc compatilble so i can make changes to it..the answers i got yesterday i don't understand .i have lexmark 5400 i scan the doc and save it to clipboard or file, when i open office up and pull doc its there but can't make changes i have full versionoffice 2007 pro.please help this dummy |
