Mail Merge Fields
Please Help - Useing Word 2000.
I have the MergeFields Title, Firstname & Lastname in a letter but if there is no information in the fields I need to have the Company name. Can I use a If{ Mergfield TITLE} = " " ,"{Mergfield COMPNAME}",{Mergfield TITLE}"} statement with the merge fields. IF TITLE ,FIRSTNAME & LASTNAME = ISNULL THEN MEGRFIELD COMPNAME The merge fields a from a CSV File. Thanks Peter |
