reformatting a paragraph to fit new margins
i cut and pasted a paragraph into a word doc but the margins are narrow. i
want to adjust the paragraph to wider margins so it takes up less space. i hoping to highlight the paragraph and hit a "justify" like key and have the paragraph auto fit into the new wider margins. is there a function key or tool that can do this in word 2003? |
