Default How do I get my page to stop scrolling on its own in Word?

When typing a Word document, my page scrolls on its own, while I'm typing.
It just jumps from the top of the page to the bottom, without me touching
anything. Did I happen to change some sort of setting without knowing it? I
have restarted my computer and that was no help. I am working on information
for my finals and any information to help with this annoying problem would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Z
