I need to file a motion in the court to have monies that are held in escrow
by the clerk of courts returned to me. this money was placed in escrow to
satify a lien that a contractor placed on my home prior to closing. it went
to arbitration and i won and the time for the plaintiff to appeal has
expired. the clerk is saying i need to file a motion to go before a judge to
have the money released to me.
